Terms of Sale
The commercial terms that apply to orders placed with OnyxLabs.
Eligibility
Orders may be placed only by individuals aged 21 or over acting on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or comparable qualified entity. OnyxLabs may decline or cancel any order at its discretion.
Pricing and availability
Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. Availability is stated per lot; where a lot is exhausted, remaining orders are fulfilled from the next released lot with its own analytical documentation.
Documentation
Every shipped lot is accompanied by the lot-specific analytical documentation published in the COA library. Documentation is never carried over between lots.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, opened items cannot be returned. Discrepancies in identity, quantity or documentation should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
