Research use information
These terms define the conditions under which OnyxLabs supplies research materials. They apply to every order, at every volume.
Who may purchase
Purchasers must be 21 or older and acting on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or comparable qualified entity. Orders are reviewed before dispatch and may be declined.
Permitted use
Materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference work carried out by trained personnel in an appropriate facility.
Prohibited use
Materials must not be administered to humans or animals, resold for consumption, repackaged for consumer sale, or represented as approved for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
What we do not provide
OnyxLabs does not supply dosing, administration, reconstitution protocols, or therapeutic guidance, and does not respond to requests for such information.
Handling and disposal
Handle all materials as laboratory chemicals using appropriate personal protective equipment. Dispose of materials and packaging in line with your institution's chemical waste procedures.
Recorded acknowledgment
Site access and checkout each require an affirmative acknowledgment of these terms. Each acknowledgment is recorded with a timestamp and the policy version in force.
