Testing & Verification

Documentation is only meaningful when it belongs to the material in front of you. Every OnyxLabs lot carries its own analysis, and every analysis is traceable back to a single lot.

1. Step 01

   Intake & lot assignment

   Each incoming batch is logged against a unique OnyxLabs lot number with its source batch reference and received date. Nothing enters the catalog without a lot record.

2. Step 02

   Sampling

   A representative sample is drawn from the assigned lot and submitted to an independent analytical laboratory. Samples are never pooled across lots.

3. Step 03

   Analysis & documentation

   The laboratory reports identity, purity and quantity results with the methods used. The report is published against the lot it was drawn from, never carried over to future lots.

4. Step 04

   Verification

   The lot number printed on the vial resolves to the batch record and its published documentation, so any vial can be checked against its own analysis.
